Making Life Better

Canadian Pets & Animals Magazine was created nine years ago out of a critical need to promote the value of animals in our society. Publisher Jody Stockfish founded the magazine in south Georgian Bay after spending three years in Whistler, BC, re-igniting the local animal rescue and establishing a strong working partnership with the Resort Municipality of Whistler.

It is through many strong partnerships, that Canadian Pets & Animals Magazine continues to gain in popularity from north to south, and east to west. Our tagline "Making life better for pets, animals and people." connects with caring Canadians across the land.

The Greatness of a Nation

We now know that a society's civility and humanity is measured by the ways it treats its animals. Although there is much work to be done, businesses and individuals are making great strides in improving the lives of our precious pets, animals used for food production, Canadian wildlife, and people who benefit from working, therapy and companion animals.

And its Moral Progress

The staff at Pets & Animals have been fortunate to witness and experience a progressive movement in Canadian society during the past decade regarding animal welfare, and increased awareness of the innumerable benefits that are derived from the human/animal bond.

The markets may rise, fall and even flounder, but the love and respect Canadian's have for their pets and animals is invaluable and is reflected in growing industry trends geared toward even greater care for animals. Go Canada Go!
